A Waterloo teen has been arrested after allegedly attacking a Cedar Falls student in the school parking lot, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 18 year old Jaqualiss Montgomery, who is not a student at Cedar Falls, was arrested on November 24th for the attack on the 8th. According to police, Montgomery ran up on the victim as he sat in his car in the parking lot. Montgomery got in and threw a punch saying “this is for hitting my car.” As the victim stumbled out of the car, Mongomery allegedly ransacked the vehicle and two others continued the attack on the victim, including stomping on his head. The victim was treated for a concussion and several abrasions. Montgomery was already awaiting trial for assaulting a police officer in October. That officer was treated for a laceration to his head that required staples.
