A Charles City man has been charged with Enticing a Minor for Sexual Abuse or Exploitation, according to KIMT. 23 year old John Onken is accused of exchanging social media messages with a 13 year old over the course of several weeks. According to investigators the messages were sexual in nature and included arrangements to meet for intercourse. Onken will plead not guilty when he goes to trial on February 23.
