A Charles City woman has been charged with two counts of Homicide by Vehicle- Operating Under the Influence, according to KIMT. 28 year old Casey Jo Lindahl crossed the center line back on September 4th, smashing into another vehicle head on. The occupants of the other car, 77 year old Chris Andersen and 76 year old Anita Anderson, both of Mason City, were killed in the crash. Lindahl and her three year old son were both injured in the crash. Lindahl’s blood alcohol content was measured at .146 at the time of the collision.
