A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a girl under the age of 12, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Andrew Brewer has been charged with one count of second degree Sexual Abuse. He is accused of having sexual contact with the girl in March. The girl was interviewed at the UnityPoint-Allen Child Protection Center that same month and police were notified at that time. It is unclear why the arrest came nine months later.
