A 17 year old has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Cedar Falls just before midnight on Tuesday, according to KWWL. Police were called to the area of W. 15th Street and Franklin Street after witnesses heard gunshots and saw two cars speeding from the area. Shell casings were found at the scene. The teenager has been charged with a Controlled Substance Violation While in Possession of a Firearm and Intimidation to Injure or Provoke with a Dangerous Weapon.
