A Waterloo man has been arrested and charged with Homicide by Vehicle and Serious Injury by Vehicle for a crash back in May. 37 year old Willie Walker crossed the median in his Chevrolet Trailblazer and struck an oncoming SUV. His passenger, 27 year old Azra Ponjevic was killed in the crash. Walker was later determined to have had a blood alcohol level of .131 at the time of the crash. He was also issued tickets for Failure to Maintain Control, Driving While Suspended, and Failure to Have Insurance.
