Nashua Man Pleads Not-Guilty to Meth Crime

A Nashua man will plead not guilty in a case where he is accused of having methamphetamine inside a stolen SUV, according to KIMT. 39 year old Timothy Birmingham is accused of being pulled over in a SUV that was reported stolen out of Black Hawk County. A search of that vehicle found several glass pipes with meth residue and a scale. Birmingham faces charges of first degree Theft, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Driving While Barred.
