In a ceremony Monday morning at 11:00 at the Wartburg chapel the next college president was named.
Before announcing the new president, Board of Regents Chair Mike McCoy saluted outgoing president Darrel Colson for his 13 years of work at Wartburg.
Then McCoy announced the new president.
Dr. Rebecca Neiduski is the first female president of Wartburg College.
