A Farley man has been sentenced to prison time for sexually abusing a UNI student, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The woman had just moved into her dorm on campus when she met Zachary Lindauer at a bar. The two walked back to her dorm where Lindauer took advantage of the woman who was too drunk to consent. Lindauer, who was not a UNI student, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, must pay $1,370 in fines, and will have to register as a sex offender.
