An Evansdale man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child in Cedar Falls, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 36 year old Matthew Grovier is accused of having sexual contact with a 14 year old girl at a Cedar Falls home in March or April of last year. Cedar Falls Police were made aware of the allegation in May of last year. During an interview with police, Grovier said on the day in question he smoked marijuana, fell asleep, and had a vivid sex dream. He has been charged with third degree Sexual Abuse. His bond has been set at $20,000.
