#1 Wildcats Sweep #6 Raiders
Tuesday night on Y99.3 the top-ranked Janesville volleyball team swept 6th ranked Dunkerton on the road 25-14, 25-17, 25-23. Quinn Sweeney led the Wildcats with 11 kills while Taylor Kipp had 11 in the loss for the Raiders.

Tuesday in cross-country the Waverly-Shell Rock boys finished 3rd behind Nevada and Gilbert in ascending order at Webster City. Matthew Hommowun was the top Go-Hawk in 7th place. The Go-Hawk girls ran at the Newman Invitational and Kate Nelson placed 5th while Allison Kay was 8th.

Thursday night on Y99.3 in a triangular Tripoli and Sumner-Fredericksburg both swept Crestwood and then Sumner-Fredericksburg also swept Tripoli. Thursday night on KWAY Country in a volleyball triangular both Denver and Waverly-Shell Rock swept New Hampton and then Denver edged Waverly-Shell Rock in 3 sets 15-25, 25-21 and 16-14.
