Thursday, August 11th around 2:21 p.m. Cedar Falls Police and Fire responded to a report of a semi that rolled over in the area of Highway 58 and Highway 218. The initial investigation indicates that the semi had been northbound on Highway 218 taking Waverly exit ramp. The driver of the semi, Balpreet Singh , had minor injuries as did his dog who was extricated from the vehicle. This exit remains was closed while the semi was removed. The accident remains under investigation.
