A Waterloo teen has had his charges transferred to adult court, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 17 year old Isaiah Anderson was charged with Reckless Use of a Firearm, Carrying Weapons, Theft, and Credit Card Fraud after he fired a gun in an alley on August 6th. Police were called to the alley in the 200 block of Reber Avenue. There they found a spent .40 caliber shell casing. Surveillance video showed Anderson leaving the alley. He was later found wearing the same clothes with the gun in his waistband. At the time he was charged as a juvenile and released. He is currently being held on a $5,000 bond.
