The city of Waverly trick-or-treating will be on Halloween night from 5:00-7:30.
In the past Waverly mayors have moved the date when Halloween fell on a Sunday or Wednesday. Cedar Falls and Waterloo have decided to do trick-or-treating on the last Saturday of October each year.
Waverly mayor Adam Hoffman talked about being declining to do that in Waverly.
