A Des Moines man has been arrested for allegedly touching a teenager inappropriately in Buchanan County, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 29 year old Drew Opperman has been charged with third degree Sexual Abuse and related federal charges. He is accused of sexually touching a 15 year old girl while they were both passengers in a vehicle traveling in Northeast Iowa in November and December of 2020. He is also accused of sexually touching the girl in a dugout at a baseball field in Buchanan County in December of 2020. Opperman is under a guardianship and receives services for a mental disability, according to court records.
