An Evansdale woman has won the top prize in a scratch game, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Sandra Crow won $30,000 in the Candy Cane Crossword game. That is the fourth time the top prize has been claimed in that particular game. Crow bought her ticket at the Kwik Star on Fletcher Avenue in Waterloo. There are a total of 17 top prizes available in Candy Cane Crossword, which is a $3 game.
