A Waterloo man has been found guilty of starting a fire that killed a man in August, according to KWWL. The fire trapped Tony Grider in his home and claimed his life. John Spooner admitted details of the crime to others at the scene and video footage showed him carrying a gas can and a lighter near the home around the time of the fire. He will be tried separately for first degree Murder at a later date.
