A man convicted of multiple domestic abuses has escaped from the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 34 year old Cody Tarrance had been on work release for less than a month when he failed to return on Saturday. He was serving prison time for third offense Domestic Assault. He also escaped from the residential facility in March of 2020. He is described as a white male, standing five feet nine inches tall and weighing 212 pounds. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
