An Allison man has been arrested for allegedly asking to touch an 11 year old girl inappropriately, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 35 year old Michael Quario was arrested on February 7th on charges of Indecent Contact with a Child. Quario is accused of sending text messages and letters to the 11 year old in which he asked if he could touch her. He was also wanted on a probation violation after he stole a an air conditioning unit from the Cedar Falls construction company where he worked in 2019. His bond has been set at $10,000.
