In an update to a story we told you about on Friday, a house fire has claimed the life of an Evansdale woman, according to KWWL. Crews responded to the 800 block of Grand Blvd around 4:30am Friday. They spent five hours putting the fire out on Friday and have been called back to the home four times since then to deal with flareups. One man was rescued from the residence, he was uninjured. The woman’s name has not been released. The State Fire Marshal continues to investigate the cause of the fire.
