An 18 year old from Allison led law enforcement on a chase along Highway 3 Monday. 18 year old Wyatt Mitchell was allegedly trying to elude law enforcement in a 2008 Volkswagon Beetle as he headed towards Waverly. The Iowa State Patrol says he then made an abrupt steering maneuver that sent the Beetle into the north ditch where the vehicle vaulted and rolled, ejecting Mitchell, who was not wearing a seat belt. Mitchell was taken to the Waverly Health Center.
