On May 3rd, 2023 at approximately 9:00 AM, Cedar Falls Police responded to the intersection of Hudson Rd and University Ave on a report of a severed human foot lying in the roadway. Officers were quickly able to determine that the items were a set of very realistic rubber feet. The items were collected as found property and the case has been closed.
