A Waterloo woman has been arrested after her toddlers were found wandering in the streets in the rain, wearing only diapers on Friday, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 27 year old Kaitlyn Schiel-Stewart has been charged with two counts of Child Endangerment. A neighbor spotted her daughters, ages two and three, walking unsupervised in the road as it rained shortly after 6:00 a.m. on Friday. The neighbor brought the children into their home and called police. Police took the girls to MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center as a precaution. Schiel-Stewart called police around 8:45 a.m. looking for her children.
