The Sumner Police Department is reminding citizens that those on UTVs still need to be seatbelted. They say they have recently received complaints about unseatbelted persons on UTVs within the town. The Department says that if there are more people than seatbelts available there is an issue and it is illegal. They encourage the lawful use of UTVs in town.
