A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly putting his hands down an eight year old girl’s pants, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 31 year old Jose Cortez Marquez was arrested on Tuesday and charged with Indecent Contact with a Minor. He was released pending trial. The alleged incident occurred in October. The girl was interviewed about the incident in May.
Another Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with an 11 year old girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 42 year old Jerry Keller was arrested on Monday and charged with second degree Sexual Abuse. He is accused of having sexual contact with the girl in May and then later exposing himself to the the girl and another girl. Keller allegedly admitted to the allegations. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
