One person was hospitalized after a crash near Janesville on Highway 218 Wednesday morning. 26 year old Caleb Lovell of Cedar Falls was at the wheel of a Croell truck when he attempted to merge onto the Highway 218 northbound on ramp from 275th Street when he lost control of the vehicle and slid across both lanes of 218 and broke through a cable barrier, causing the truck to roll onto the driver’s side. Lovell was transported to the Waverly Health Center. He was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
