Woman Tried to Take Dog Back After Selling It

An Evansdale woman has been arrested after allegedly taking back a dog she had sold, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 19 year old Yasmine Rue had an agreement to sell her dog to Sondra Hayes. There was allegedly a dispute over the purchase and Rue entered Hayes’ tent at the Deerwood Park campground on May 16th, took the dog and fled. Rue has been charged with one count of second degree Theft. She has been released pending trial.
