One of the big questions those in Waverly have asked consistently over the last five years is: “If and when the Palace Theatre will reopen?”
Waverly Mayor Adam Hoffman shared the date the theatre is, by agreement, supposed to open this year.
If they do not meet this deadline the incentives could be terminated unless the council provides another extension.
