Woman Used Vehicle as a Weapon Again

A Waterloo woman awaiting trial for purposefully ramming two vehicles has been arrested for allegedly purposefully striking a pedestrian with her car, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 21 year old Keishownti Holmes is accused of intentionally swerving to hit an Oelwein woman on Saturday. The victim was pinned between Holmes’ car and another car. Holmes was charged with Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury. She was also detained on a pretrial violation from her earlier arrest. Her bond was set at $40,000. In the earlier case Holmes allegedly backed into a vehicle and then drove forward, hitting a second vehicle at the Kwik Star on Broadway Street. She then allegedly fled the scene.
