Waterloo Police have made an arrest in an apparent drug overdose from Friday, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 25 year old Colton Hoeppner has been charged with Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Deliver after police found the drug in a plastic bag and used hypodermic needles in his apartment. Police allege Hoeppner provided the drugs to the person who overdosed on Friday. They say he then administered the Narcan nasal spray to reverse the effects, likely saving the person’s life.
