A Minnesota man has been taken into custody in Winneshiek County after breaking into two Decorah homes in the span of an hour back in June, according to KWWL. 25 year old Brennan Wohlers allegedly broke into a one home where he armed himself with scissors and cut the dress straps of a sleeping victim. When he was confronted he left the home. He then broke into another home before leaving after again being confronted. Wohlers has been charged with Burglary and Intent to Commit Sex Abuse.
