One person was hospitalized after a shooting in Waterloo Tuesday afternoon, according to KWWL. Police were called to an area near Linwood Avenue and South Street around 4:20 p.m. There they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. They were taken to the hospital in critical condition. A suspect was seen running from the scene towards 9th Street. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact Waterloo Police.
