People in Fairbank may not be able to answer calls from those with US Cellular numbers. Little Wapsie Communications posted on their Facebook page that their downstream VOIP provider is having issues after a Lumen fiber cut. They are currently working on the issue. Little Wapsie will update their Facebook when the issue is fixed. This is only affecting calls from people with US Cellular at this time.
