A Waterloo woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $1,600 worth of items from Walmart, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 33 year old Samantha Perry has been charged with second degree Theft. Authorities say she took nearly $1,500 worth of stuff on October 16th and then on December 14th took nearly $200 worth of items. She allegedly would go through the self-checkout aisle and after scanning all of the items would cancel the transaction but leave with the items. She has been released pending trial.
