A Waterloo woman has been arrested after four children, all between the ages of two and four, were found playing on the roof of a front porch, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A neighbor noticed the children on the roof shortly after noon on Monday. They told police that the resident yelled for the children to climb back in the window, which they did, but soon three of them crawled back out and the other shut the window, trapping the others outside. Police and firefighters found the children in their diapers on the roof when they arrived. The woman who was to be watching them, 25 year old Symphony Hollars, who was the mother of one of them, said she had fallen asleep. She was charged with three counts of Child Endangerment. Police also found two bongs and charged Hollars with two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well.
