After days underwater, the Panic Park haunted house in Cedar Falls will not be open for haunting this year. The more than 80-year-old building stands strong but it is the muck left behind that is keeping the 15-year tradition from spooks and screams this Halloween. Nearly 4,000 people go through the house each year.
