Due to the warm weather the City of Waverly will be opening the Yard Waste Site on a limited basis. Wednesday, Friday, Monday, the 26th, Wednesday, the 28th, and Friday, March 1st the site will be open from 1-3pm. During that time residents will be able to drop off leaves and sticks.
