All three golf courses in Waterloo have opened for the season. The unseasonably warm weather allowed for the courses to open about a month earlier than they did last year. Golfers took advantage over the weekend at South Hills, Gates Park, and Irv Warren Memorial. So long as course conditions and the weather allow, the courses will stay open throughout the season. The Waverly Municipal Golf Course announced that they would open up indefinitely last week with tee times running from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..
