Phase two of the reconstruction of Main Street in Cedar Falls began last Monday, according to KWWL. This portion of the reconstruction will focus on the section from 10th Street to 13th Street as well as West 12th Street and Waterloo Road from Washington Street to State Street. Currently crews are removing pavement, trees, and sidewalks. Eventually there will be three new roundabouts, which the city says will make traffic flow smoother.
