The Waverly City Council has voted to add traffic enforcement cameras, otherwise known as speed cameras. The vote was 5-2. Those pictured going 11 mph or more over the speed limit will be issued a $75 ticket. Those pictured running a red light will be issued a $100 ticket. This decision comes on the heels of Charles City announcing the implementation of their own speed cameras.
