Beginning Wednesday morning between 7:00 and 8:00 a section of 39th Street in Waverly will close down. The City of Waverly announced that crews will be digging up the road in order to connect new water services for the fairgrounds. There will be extra signage on 220th Street to inform drivers of the road closure. The work is expected to continue into Thursday, keeping the road closed during that time.
