A rural mail courier who serviced the Shell Rock, Waverly, and Denver areas has pleaded guilty to stealing Menards rebates mailed to customers, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Kayeleen Luloff on Monday pleaded guilty to Theft of Mail by a Postal Service Employee. Between August and September of 2022 she stole the rebates mailed to six store customers, totaling $956. Luloff then used the rebates while shopping in September. Authorities became suspicious and interviewed her where she denied taking the certificates. She was placed on leave and later terminated. She was charged in May of this year. It is unclear why there was such a delay.
