The City of Waverly has announced that a contractor will begin seal coating several residential streets this week. The neighborhoods affected are east of the river, including the portion of town directly south of downtown and areas near El Sol. During this time vehicles and trailers will not be allowed to park on the street. Notices will be hand delivered to the affected residences with as much notice as possible.
