A Waterloo teenager has been sentenced for having sex with a 12 year old girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 18 year old Junior Dubon Benitez took a plea deal, pleading to a charge of third degree Sexual Abuse. He picked up the 12 year old at her home around 1:00 a.m. on February 12th and took her to his house where they watched a movie and had sex. Police were alerted to the incident later that day and interviewed the girl at the Child Protection Center. Dubon is a citizen of Honduras and entered the country illegally and may be deported once his prison sentence is complete.
