The Waverly City Council will meet Monday night at 7:00 in the council chambers. The big item on the agenda is a vote to put to a public referrendum two projects.
The projects are a new pool and a new golf clubhouse. The council tonight is just voting on whether or not the public should vote on the measure in November.
Councilman Tim Kangas shared Monday morning on Y99.3 how he plans to vote.
Kangas shared that the city won’t spend money to pay for more specific architechitual plans until voters decide on the issue. Kangas says if the meassures pass the public will have an opportunity to give their opinion on the plans.
