A Charles City woman and two of her family members have won the top prize on a scratch ticket, according to KIMT. 39 year old Linsey Koenigs says that her father-in-law purchased the Lucky 7 Bonus game at the Kum & Go in Northwood. It turned out to be a $250,000 winner. Koenigs says she will utilize her share of the winnings for expenses associated with opening a new business. She is opening the Beard and Beauty Bar Salon on October 1st in Charles City. Lucky 7 Bonus is a $20 scratch ticket that features 20 top prizes of $250,000.
