A 13 year old boy has been arrested in Waterloo for allegedly breaking into parked cars and vape shops, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police say the 13 year old and another teen broke into several cars parked on West Jefferson Street Tuesday night. They then threw rocks at a window at Puff City Smoke Shop, triggering a burglary alarm around 10:15 p.m. Around 11:00 p.m. they broke into Smoke O’s Vape and Tobacco on Flammang Drive. Police responded to the scene where they apprehended the 13 year old. The other teen was able to get away.
