A Cedar Rapids man has been arrested for allegedly groping children at a haunted house near Raymond over the weekend, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 58 year old Theodore Reilly was a patron at the Heart of Darkness on Saturday night. Security staff told the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s deputies that he had grabbed the breasts of a 15 year old girl and a 10 year old girl and squeezed the buttocks of a 12 year old girl. When deputies approached Reilly they say he was unsteady, was slurring his speech, and smelled of alcohol. Reilly admitted to drinking but refused a breath test. Reilly has been charged with Assault, Indecent Contact With a Child, and Public Intoxication. He was released pending trial.
