The City of Denver continues to have issues with out of towners utilizing their yard waste site without paying. The City says there are cameras at the site and the Denver Police Department will identify the vehicle and the owner will be charged double for any loads dropped off by those who do not live within city limits. They also say if someone who lives inside the city limits but uses a vehicle of someone from outside the limits should call City Hall and alert them to the make, model, and license plate number so the vehicle owner is not charged. You can find the rates for those living outside city limits on the city website or their Facebook page. Payments should be made at City Hall before dropping a load at the yard waste site.
