Rural Mail Carrier Sentence to Probation

A rural mail carrier in the Waverly, Shell Rock, and Denver areas has been sentenced for stealing Menard’s rebate certificates, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Kayeleen Luloff stole nearly $1,000 worth of rebates from six people on her route in 2022. She pleaded guilty to Theft of Mail by a Postal Employee on Wednesday and was sentenced to three months of probation. She already paid a $100 special assessment and overpaid in restitution. Luloff was fired from her job at the post office.
